Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine
Jill Donberg, MAcOM, is the founder and manager of Grand Traverse Natural Health Care. Educated at the nationally accredited school of Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine, she has a Master's degree in Oriental Medicine. This school's rigorous clinical training, diverse faculty and heavy coursework in Chinese medical language lay a foundation firmly rooted in the East-Asian approach to medicine.
In addition, Jill is board certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She is also a member of the Michigan Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAAOM) and the American Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AAAOM).
Jill received her undergraduate education at Washington University in St. Louis, completing the premedical curriculum with a major in Biology and Art History. After two years as an Emergency Medical Technician, she went on to serve two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Russia.
In addition to her practice, Jill has been a student of Vipassana meditation since 2001. She enjoys spending time with her family in her town of Elk Rapids.

Elon Cameron, MSTOM, Dipl. Of OM
Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine
Elon Cameron, M.S., a Traverse City native, was educated at the nationally accredited school Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago. She received a Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, working closely with the staff of the school both as a student and a faculty member.
Her early studies began with the discipline of Tai-qi, which later developed into a passion for the ancient classical Chinese texts. Her experience working with individuals from all walks of life has yielded a wisdom that is both nurturing and guiding. Elon uses Chinese medicine as a catalyst for change, physically, mentally and spiritually.
Elon is board certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). Chad R. Kotlarz, N.M.D.
Naturopathic Physician
Dr. Kotlarz has extensive knowledge in the natural healing modalities, coupled with a strong foundation in the medical sciences. He graduated from Michigan State University with a bachelors degree in forensic science. Shortly afterward, Dr. Kotlarz went on to attend the nationally accredited Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine and Health Sciences, in Tempe, Arizona.
As an expert in natural therapeutics, Dr. Kotlarz utilizes some of the most advanced, and cutting edge approaches in restoring his patients to optimal health and well-being. Focus is on optimizing the wellness of the patient through supporting the body's ability to heal, rather then symptom suppression. Dr. Kotlarz's treatment options include natural (bio-identical) hormone replacement therapy, homeopathic, herbal, and nutritional medicine. Specialized lab testing may include hormone analysis, digestive function, toxic element screening, food allergy panels, etc.
Dr. Kotlarz is board certified by the North American Board of Naturopathic Examiners. In addition, Dr. Kotlarz is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians and the American Preventive Medical Association and has been in practice since 1999.

Shelby Reynolds, NCTMB
Integrative Massage Therapy
Massage therapist Shelby Reynolds, NCTMB, specializes in integrative massage therapy, blending deep tissue massage with energy work to help people achieve a complete state of relaxation as well as improved physical functioning. She graduated from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts (www.nmhealingarts.org) in Santa Fe, NM, where she completed the 1000 hour Holistic Massage Therapy program.
Shelby is nationally certified in massage by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (www.ncbtmb.org). She is also certified in Prenatal Massage Therapy and Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (www.deepfeet.com). Shelby is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA, www.amtamassage.org).

Shelby received her undergraduate degree from University of Michigan, Dearborn, with a major in Psychology. She worked with at-risk youth and their families for several years in both the Detroit area and Traverse City before attending massage school and finding this new way of being that she loves. She has practiced yoga for nearly ten years and believes in the power of the mind, body & spirit to maintain and restore wellness.
Brittany Wildfong, NCTMB
Integrative Massage Therapy
Brittany Wildfong, LMT, was trained at the Scherer Institute of Natural Healing, in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Incorporating structural and intuitive bodywork, her practice is both therapeutic and nurturing. Brittany's education is rooted in the combination of connective tissue bodywork, Swedish massage, and the healing qualities of touch. Brittany is nationally certified in massage by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (www.nctmb.org), and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA, www.amtamassage.org).
Brittany's work is synchronistic with the body's innate ability to heal. Integrating body and breath awareness are underlying goals of her work. Her understanding of health as a way of life encompasses self care through regular practice of yoga. Brittany is mentoring to become a Hatha yoga teacher, and looks forward to introducing individual yoga sessions to her expanding practice. She aims to inspire clients to continue healing through education and a broader vision of living holistically. Brittany is also certified in Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy (www.deepfeet.com).
